NJCPA Advocates for Retention of PTET SALT Deduction

The NJCPA joined the AICPA and 52 other state CPA societies on a letter to the U.S. Senate urging the retention of the ability for all pass-through entities to deduct state and local taxes at the entity level.
The letter was sent to the Senate Committee on Finance on June 6.
