Jim Ambrosini, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CMMC-RP, QTE:  Jim is an information security and risk executive with over 25 years of experience spanning mid-size to some of the largest companies in the world. He is a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for multiple organizations across various business sectors at CompassMSP. Previously, Jim was the head of Technology Risk for Consumer Lending and Digital Banking at a top U.S. bank, responsible for implementing the Front-Line Risk function. He also worked at global consulting firms for 20 years as a technology risk and information security professional; served as the managing director for a national cybersecurity practice that he started; and worked on many high-profile cybersecurity projects, including assisting NYPD with a global internet crime, leading a well-publicized mega-breach investigation and establishing global information security, governance and control functions across leading companies. Jim has also been an adjunct professor at New York University and has held leadership positions in several professional organizations, including being a past president of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Metro New York Chapter.
James C. Bourke, CPA, CITP, CFF, CGMA:  Jim is a partner at WithumSmith+Brown, where he serves as director of firm technology and managing director of advisory services. He is a frequent speaker at many international accounting and trade associations, such as the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and state CPA societies, as well as industry technology organizations, incubators, accelerators and others on topics specifically related to various accounting, technology, practice management and advisory services. Jim is also global advisory and technology leader for HLB International. He is a past president of the NJCPA and past board and council member for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
Frank R. Boutillette, CPA, CGMA:  Frank is an emeritus partner of Withum with over 35 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey, and has significant experience working with SEC registrants and small and large private entities in various industries, including working with hedge funds, private equity funds and finance companies. Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and was a former member of the AICPA Peer Review Board, which is the senior technical committee that established and conducted a program for AICPA member firms engaged in the practice of accounting and auditing. He was a past president of the NJCPA, and was a former Treasurer, chair of the NJCA Peer Review Executive Committee, and chair of the NJCPA Accounting & Auditing Standards Interest Group. Frank is a frequent lecturer on accounting and auditing and is a co-author of three accounting books.
G. Scott Clemons, CFA:  Scott joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in 1990, and has held a variety of investment roles at the firm over the past 34 years. His career began in international equities, where he was an analyst and portfolio manager of European and Asian equities, working out of the firm’s New York and London offices. He since broadened his responsibilities into domestic equity management and research, and managed the New York office of the firm’s Private Wealth Management business. In 2010 he was appointed Chief Investment Strategist, and is today one of the firm’s primary writers and speakers on topics related to the economy, financial markets and investing. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. Scott serves on the boards of the Morgan Library and the Grolier Club in New York City, as well as the board of the Research Corporation for Science and the Journal of the History of Ideas.
Tracy Cooper, CPA, CFE:  Tracy is the CEO and founder of tlb Services, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. She specializes in accounting technology solutions and business process improvement. Tracy established her consulting firm in 2006 to serve small and mid-size businesses in resolving their accounting, technology, business process and reporting challenges. Previously, she was with PriceWaterhouse, and eventually moved to the telecom sector, where she spent 12 years with Alltel, holding senior positions in Credit Collections and Fraud, and Business Processes. Tracy’s ability to communicate at both the strategic and tactical levels has given her the privilege of leading training with individuals and groups of all sizes throughout her career, both in the U.S. and abroad. She is an avid sports fan, who enjoys cooking, days at the lake and has recently taken up learning to fly. With two grown children, she and her husband hope to soon resume their traveling ways.
Nicole M. DeRosa, CPA, MAcc:  Nicole is the director of tax with SKC & Co. CPAs, LLC, a Brand Ambassador at UWorld Accounting and has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, specializing in taxation for closely held businesses and individuals. In addition to working with clients in an array of industries, she was also an adjunct professor at Raritan Valley Community College where she taught Tax Accounting for Individuals for four years. Nicole is a member of the NJCPA Board of Trustees and active on several interest groups and committees, including the Content Advisory Board, Federal Taxation Interest Group and Emerging Leaders Interest Group. In 2015, she was awarded “30 Under 30” by the NJCPA. In 2019 she was awarded the “Women to Watch” Ovation Award which applauds the growth and success of female members. Nicole was also named a Forbes Top 200 CPA and was on NJBIZ’s Power 50 List for 2020 and 2021. In Nicole’s spare time, she teaches Zumba Fitness and is active in various charitable organizations, such as St. Jude's and the American Heart Association.
Gary DeVicci, CFP, AEP:  With a Master of Science degree in Financial Services and prestigious designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®), Gary's credentials exemplify his commitment to excellence.Gary's influence extends beyond his extensive educational background. He has authored numerous articles and has been an educator in investing and financial planning. Andrew Donofrio:  Andrew has spent the majority of his life in leadership positions. At 19, he started his career as a police officer and, at age 24, was promoted to Sergeant. During his 25 years in law enforcement, Andrew advanced to Lieutenant and created a nationally recognized Computer Crimes Unit. Upon retirement, he leveraged this experience to establish his own IT security auditing firm, which he still runs today. Andrew soon realized his life-long passion for guiding others to succeed could be a new chapter in life, and launched Andrew Donofrio, LLC, a thriving practice specializing in organization and management consulting, leadership training and professional coaching. Adam Feingertz:  Adam is the director of new business at Merchant Advocate. He has spent more than two decades working for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies in senior level sales leadership and sales operations roles. Adam was instrumental in building and growing sales teams responsible for the small and medium business (SMB) market to multinational enterprise accounts. In 2020, Adam joined Merchant Advocate and has been helping his clients save money and provide clarity into the unregulated industry of credit card processing. Just prior to Merchant Advocate, Adam joined a merchant processor growing sales team in the northeast.
Aiysha Johnson, MA, IOM:  Aiysha (AJ) is the CEO and executive director of the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA). Previously, she was executive director of BKR International’s Americas Region, overseeing the implementation of all strategic efforts for BKR accounting and business advisory member firms in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. AJ worked for a range of associations including Vizient, the nation's largest healthcare performance improvement company. She has more than 20 years of global experience with nonprofits and professional and trade associations. AJ was elected to the boards of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) in 2024 and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce in 2023. She was a member of BKR’s Center of Excellence Advisory Board and is on the boards of the Community Foundation of New Jersey, Together for Youth and Junior Achievement of New Jersey. AJ is a recipient of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association’s (NJBIA) Leonard C. Diana Kander:  A New York Times best-selling author and innovation consultant, Diana Kander has
spent her career challenging assumptions and asking big questions - what kind of

Jeffrey Kaszerman:  Jeff is the vice president of government relations for the NJCPA. He works with the CEO and the Board of Trustees to create and implement advocacy initiatives that protect and promote the interests of the CPA profession, the business community and the public. Jeff monitors legislative and executive branch activity that impacts CPAs by writing position papers, developing grass roots membership activities to enhance lobbying efforts and raising money for the NJ-CPA-PAC. He is also a liaison to other pro-business groups like the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) to coordinate legislative strategies. Prior to joining the NJCPA, Jeff worked on several political campaigns, worked for former Governor Jim Florio and for Common Cause New York. He previously owned a lobbying and public affairs firm. Jeff belongs to Compassion and Choices, the Humane Society and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
Jay L. Levine, CPA:  Jay is a partner at Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, providing accounting, audit and advisory services to a variety of industries and sectors including family businesses, manufacturing, advertising, public relations and wholesale and distribution. Jay has particular expertise in all matters related to mergers and acquisitions, such as financial due diligence and budgeting for businesses. He helps provide his clients with peace of mind, often acting as a sounding board or confidant, and ensures that they achieve their goals, financial and otherwise. Jay has been involved in close to 200 transactions representing both buyers and sellers with a specific expertise in the transition planning process and due diligence. Prior to joining Prager Metis, he was a member of LFL Veritas LLC. Jay is the leader of the NJCPA's Accounting & Auditing Standards Interest Group. In his spare time, he enjoys playing a variety of sports including hockey, softball and golf.
Jon Lokhorst, CPA, ACC:  Jon is an executive leadership coach and consultant based in Minneapolis. He partners with CPAs, CFOs and other leaders who face massive change in their industry and recognize the need for a new approach to leadership to navigate those challenges. Before launching Lokhorst Consulting LLC, Jon enjoyed a 30-plus year career as a CPA, CFO and organizational leader. He has a Master's in Organizational Leadership and is recognized by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. Jon serves as adjunct faculty in the School of Business and Nonprofit Management at North Park University. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and speaks regularly for CPA conferences and firms.
Christopher M. Lovasz, CPA:  Chris is a managing director at Deloitte and is the president-elect of the NJCPA. He has been a member of the NJCPA since 1998 and has supported the Society in a variety of ways. Chris has been actively involved in the Student Programs and Scholarship Committee since 2009, helping to lead the NJCPA Scholarship Fund through important changes to the program including additional categories of awards. He is also a 2022 NJCPA Ovation Award winner in the Impact category. Chris was an NJCPA Trustee and is a member of the Retirement Savings Plan Committee and the Finance Committee. He has more than 30 years of experience at Deloitte, previously as an M&A managing director and audit managing director.
Rahul Mahna:  Rahul Mahna is a Partner and leads the Outsourced IT Services team with over 20 years of experience in IT technologies, software development and cybersecurity services.Rahul has extensive experience with companies such as startups to mid-large cap organizations. He is involved in many entrepreneurial business endeavors that have led him to understand how to maximize technology efficiencies while managing risk. Edward Mendlowitz, CPA/ABV/PFS/CFF:  Ed is a emeritus partner at Withum and the author of 27 professionals books, including the best selling How to Review Tax Returns (2014 CPA Trendlines). He has authored over 1500 articles and blogs and 300 continuing professional education courses and speeches. He won the Lawler Award for best article published in 2001 in Journal of Accountancy; and his article in the January 2011 Journal of Accountancy was that year’s most viewed article.  Ed has testified twice before the House Ways and Means Committee on tax reduction, equity and reform; he is admitted to practice before U.S. Tax Court; and is an MBA professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He was a team captain and performed peer and quality reviews for over 60 practices.  Ed is also the author of the twice weekly blog, www.partners-network.com. He is a member of the NJCPA, American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), New York State Society of CPAs (NYCPA) and the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA).
Don Meyer, CAE:  Don is the chief marketing officer of the NJCPA, responsible for setting the vision, strategy and direction for the organization’s marketing, communications and membership campaigns and for driving the success of a deep and broad swath of organizational initiatives. Functional areas of accountability include digital assets (web, social media, email), content and news distribution (including the organization’s flagship publication, New Jersey CPA), membership, media relations, public relations, next generation recruitment, executive communications and internal communications. He also oversees graphic design, market research, and advocacy and legislative communications. Don came to the NJCPA from the Craft & Hobby Association, where he was director of marketing and public relations.
Robert Mims, CPA:  Bob is currently serving as a CFO and chief people officer for a startup venture. A three-time national instructor of the year for KPMG, he has also authored multiple courses for Fortune 500 brands in leadership, strategy and accounting. Bob served terms on two advisory councils for The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and currently chairs the Environmental Roundtable. He is a nationally awarded educator for continuing professional education (CPE) training, a strategic planning facilitator and a fundraising and planned giving consultant. He lives in Memphis, Tennessee, with his wife and large family with multiple pets.
Morris Morrison:  
Brad E. Muniz, CPA:  Brad is an assurance principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP). He has significant experience in financial reporting, tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, SEC registrants, nonprofit organizations and strategic business planning, and in industries, such as real estate, construction, architectural and engineering, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. Brad is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the NJCPA, and is a former NJCPA president. In addition, Brad has served as an adjunct professor of accounting at William Paterson University and the College of Saint Elizabeth.
Peter Olinto, CFA, JD, CPA (inactive):  Peter is a global lead instructor at UWorld and previously was a CFA Review lead instructor at Wiley CFA Review, a CPA national instructor at Becker Professional Education and a CFA instructor at the New York Society of Security Analysts and Fitch Learning. Peter has taught CPA and CFA Exam review courses for over twenty years, and videos of him teaching the Level I CFA Program, Level II CFA Program and CPA review classes have been used by more than 300 universities, hundreds of accounting and/or financial services firms and by more than 100,000 successful CFA/CPA candidates from around the world. He has also passed all four parts of the CPA Exam and CFA Levels I and II on his first attempts.
Parag P. Patel, J.D., LL.M. (Tax):  Parag is a tax attorney with the Patel Law Offices in Iselin. His practice concentration is in tax, business transactions and estate planning. Parag is a board certified estate planning law specialist, a board certified elder law attorney and a frequent speaker on legal issues affecting tax, offshore tax planning and estate planning. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Magazine for tax and estate planning. Parag has also received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating System, which is the highest professional rating possible among lawyers. He is the 2011/12 chairman of the Tax Law Committee of American Bar Association’s GP Solo and Small Firm Division. Parag also serves as a part-time municipal court judge for Edison Township. He is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State, Middlesex County and American Bar Associations.
Kristine Pett:  
Renee Rampulla, CPA, CGMA:  Renee is the managing member and founder of Rampulla Advisory Services, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and professional ethics. She is a national standard-setter. Renee served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) Auditing Standards Board from 2022 – 2025 and in May of 2025, she was appointed to serve on the AICPA’s Professional Ethics Executive Committee (PEEC). Renee is a frequently requested and nationally recognized speaker; a five-time recipient of the AICPA’s Outstanding Instructor Award; a recipient of the NJCPA's Woman of Note Award; received the “Samuel A. Dyckman, Excellence in Education Award” and was the 2024 recipient of “Surgent’s Outstanding Discussion Leader." Renee has taught over 1,200 continuing professional education (CPE) courses. She is also the author of several accounting and auditing publications and CPE courses for the AICPA, various state societies, and numerous accounting firms and organizations. Previously, Renee was a partner in a regional accounting firm in the northeast. In addition, while working for the AICPA, she performed professional ethics investigations; collaborated closely with senior technical committees; presented technical guidance before standard setters; and authored and updated several AICPA publications. Renee has also served in leadership roles with the NJCPA, such as chair and vice-chair of the NJCPA Accounting and Auditing Standards Interest Group; co-chair of the NJCPA Accounting Standards and IFRS sub-committees and as a member of the NJCPA Audit and Professional Conduct committees. For several years Renee was an adjunct lecturer at Hunter College.

Kristin L. Schmid, J.D., LL.M.:  Kristin L. Schmid is a shareholder with Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A. Ms. Schmid’s practice areas include corporate tax, business transactions, real estate, and international tax. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law specializing in Corporate Law, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Political Science and Economics. She obtained her Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Ms. Schmid currently serves as one of the Taxation Law Section’s delegates to the New Jersey State Bar Association General Council.
Mark Stone, CPA. MST:  Mark L. Stone, CPA, MST, is a Managing Director in Armanino’s SALT group and a recognized specialist in sales and use tax. He previously served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Sales Tax Defense LLC, which later merged with Armanino. With more than 30 years of experience in state and local tax strategy and compliance, Mark has built a reputation as one of the leading experts in multistate sales and use taxation.
Mark’s background includes serving as a New York State tax auditor as well as holding Tax Manager and Principal roles at several prominent accounting firms. He is frequently invited to speak on sales and use tax issues by professional organizations and has served as an expert witness, testifying in tax court on behalf of clients. In addition, Mark has contributed to the academic community as an adjunct professor at Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus.
Michael Tiger, CPA, M.B.A., ACC:  Michael is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience building dynamic teams and leaders. A former executive in top-tier global corporations, he knows how to generate sustainable financial results while empowering resilient leaders. As a CPA and coach, Michael is well-versed in helping accountants improve performance, overcome burnout and drive stronger results. Jacob Wood:  Jacob works closely with his clients – planning with them, building with them,
and celebrating with them. Jacob prides himself on creating long-term
relationships – not short-term sales -- and his analytical skills and financial

In the last decade, Jacob has personally performed or overseen over 2,000

Frank Xavier Wukovits, J.D., M.Eng.:  Frank is an associate at CSG Law, practicing with the firm’s Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group and its Corporate & Securities Group. He dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies, and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. Frank works with entities across the entire corporate life cycle. He also negotiates and drafts agreements involving application development, end user licenses, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, insurtech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and other entities. Joel Zeff:  
Edward K. Zollars, CPA:  Ed is a partner with the firm of Thomas, Zollars & Lynch, Ltd, in Phoenix, Arizona, and specializes in tax issues for closely held businesses and individuals. He has served on committees with the American Institute of CPAs' (AICPA) Tax Section and currently serves on the Arizona Society of CPAs' (ASCPA) legislative tax liaison committee. Ed has published tax podcasts on tax matters and is currently producing the weekly audio and video for the Current Federal Tax Developments podcast on current tax matters for Kaplan Financial Education and the related blog with regular tax updates throughout the week.
