FAQs

  • Is there a discount for sending multiple attendees?

    Yes. If you send four or more attendees from the same company, you'll receive 20% off each registration package (excludes closing dinner and guest options). To take advantage of this offer, return completed registration forms (with payment). Forms must be sent together. Questions? Contact Mel via email or 862-702-5627.

  • Will there be handout materials?

    Yes. Program materials will be accessible online before, during and after the convention on your My Events page.

     
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The NJCPA has a generous refund policy. If you cannot attend, please let us know at least 10 days in advance for a refund. After that, only partial refunds will be available based on notification date. Contact us at education@njcpa.org or 973-226-4494.

  • Can I attend the Convention virtually?

    The Annual Convention & Expo is only offered as an in-person event and will not be livestreamed.

  • What accommodations are available to those who have special needs or disabilities?
