Frank Czekay is a Firm Director in the State and Local Tax Services (SALT) Group of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP's Philadelphia office. Frank is responsible for all aspects of multistate tax planning, research, voluntary disclosure projects and merger and acquisition due diligence projects for corporate, pass-through and individual clients. Frank has over 25 years experience in serving multistate corporate clients and pass-through entities.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University. He is admitted to the bar in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a certified public accountant, licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Frank is the immediate past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants a former member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Executive Board and a member of the State Tax Committee and the Local Taxation and Government Committee. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Revenue Commissioner’s Tax Advisory Board. Frank also is an instructor for various state tax courses for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an adjunct faculty member at Rowan College at Burlington County.

Parag is a tax attorney with the Patel Law Offices in Iselin. His practice concentration is in tax, business transactions and estate planning. Parag is a board certified estate planning law specialist, a board certified elder law attorney and a frequent speaker on legal issues affecting tax, offshore tax planning and estate planning. He was named a New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Magazine for tax and estate planning. Parag has also received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating System, which is the highest professional rating possible among lawyers. He is the 2011/12 chairman of the Tax Law Committee of American Bar Association’s GP Solo and Small Firm Division. Parag also serves as a part-time municipal court judge for Edison Township. He is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State, Middlesex County and American Bar Associations.
