| Frank Czekay is a Firm Director in the State and Local Tax Services (SALT) Group of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP's Philadelphia office. Frank is responsible for all aspects of multistate tax planning, research, voluntary disclosure projects and merger and acquisition due diligence projects for corporate, pass-through and individual clients. Frank has over 25 years experience in serving multistate corporate clients and pass-through entities.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University. He is admitted to the bar in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also a certified public accountant, licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Frank is the immediate past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants a former member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Executive Board and a member of the State Tax Committee and the Local Taxation and Government Committee. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Revenue Commissioner’s Tax Advisory Board. Frank also is an instructor for various state tax courses for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an adjunct faculty member at Rowan College at Burlington County.
