By listening to our members, staying current with the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy, exploring opportunities with other state societies, and supporting the business community and other stakeholders, we continue to represent our CPAs and accounting professionals at the state and national level

While some may claim that the CPA designation alone signifies the presence of leadership ability, it is still vitally important for those who hold such a designation to strive to elevate their way of thinking and continue to develop their leadership skills.

To celebrate Women’s History Month and acknowledge the numerous accomplishments of female members of the New Jersey Society of CPAs in their careers, communities and leadership, we asked a few of them questions regarding their early influences, what motivates them today in their accounting careers and how important it is to mentor and encourage the next generation of female CPAs.
