Jonathan leads people and operations service areas in the management and technology consulting group, including our organizational change leadership services, operational improvement, enterprise technology, and human capital management solutions. He possesses more than 30 years of consulting experience, helping clients transform their businesses. Jonathan has led multiple ERP, finance, CRM, HR, IT, and operational projects that address complex people, process, and technology changes. During his career, he has also led many enterprise transformation projects including changing the front- and back-office operations of dozens of clients of all sizes. His focus is on making practical recommendations that his clients can act on. He has driven significant savings and improvement in the finance, supply chain, sales, HR, and workforce management areas of many complex global companies. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Jonathan was a partner in the management consulting group for an international firm and partner with several other large global consultancies. He is frequently asked to help lead his clients’ employees and leaders through change, helping create lasting transformations by demonstrating the difference between “leading” and “managing” change. Jonathan is a cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, with a B.S. degree in business management with a dual academic concentration in operations research and finance and a double minor in economics and English. |
