| Douglas S. Brown, CAIA, CBC, CDIA, CVIA, is the chairman and CEO of Paradigm Associates LLC, a company he founded in 1985. He has developed a client base of organizations in more than 50 different industries in the for-profit, nonprofit and governmental sectors. Many of the largest organizations of their kind in the world have tapped into Mr. Brown’s expertise and experience. He has worked with groups in every corner of the U.S. and Canada, as well as with professionals throughout Europe and South Africa.
Mr. Brown has addressed local chapters and state-wide meetings for the NJSCPA as well as international conferences for the AICPA. He’s led or facilitated well over 5,000 sessions; conducted hundreds of meetings, from small groups to 450 people per session; and has written or edited more than a dozen training and development programs.
Mr. Brown works side-by-side with an organization's senior executives and teams of thought leaders on issues of strategic importance.
