He advises the owners of closely held companies on the management and growth of all phases of their business, from tax planning to the successful transition of management to subsequent generations in family owned businesses. In 2016, Mitch won the New Jersey Manufacturing Lifetime Achievement Award from NJBIA and was named to NJBIZ magazine's 50 most powerful people in New Jersey Manufacturing. Scott Clemons joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in 1990, and has held a variety of investment roles at the firm over the past 31 years. His career began in international equities, where he was an analyst and portfolio manager of European and Asian equities, working out of the firm’s New York and London offices throughout the 1990s. In 2001 he broadened his responsibilities into domestic equity management and research as well, and then from 2005 through 2010 managed the New York office of the firm’s Private Wealth Management business. In 2010 he was appointed Chief Investment Strategist, and is today one of the firm’s primary writers and speakers on topics related to the economy, financial markets and investing. Scott is a frequent contributor to print and broadcast media, and appears regularly in the pages of the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times and on camera at CNBC, Bloomberg and CNN.

Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. Outside of his professional interests, Scott serves on the boards of the Morgan Library and the Grolier Club in New York City, as well as the board of the Research Corporation for Science and the Journal of the History of Ideas.

Born and raised in Florida, he is a magna cum laude graduate (Classics) of Princeton University, and lives in Manhattan with his family.

He has written and performed bespoke material for his own one-man shows, Broadway productions and TV shows around the world. Not only is he unique, but so is the way in which he presents everything he does. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Colin now performs nightly in the Mirage Resort and Casino with sleight of hand expert Shin Lim. Colin was accepted to study forensic investigation at the age of 15 at the university in Glasgow, specializing in criminal profiling. He eventually decided his love of live performing was the route he wanted to explore. His audiences ultimately become the stars of his show.

Ralph is a former national and chapter president of the National Association of Black Accountants, was chair of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy’s State Society Relations Committee and is a member of the accounting advisory boards of Lehigh, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Montclair State, Felician and Thomas Edison universities and Middlesex County College.
