The program is designed to familiarize participants with the laws and regulations promulgated by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. This course has been fully updated and fulfills the mandatory ethics requirement for the 2015/17 triennial reporting period.
DESIGNED FOR
New Jersey licensees looking to fulfill the 4 hour New Jersey Law and Ethics requirement.
Pennsylvania licensees:
This course will fulfill the recently enacted PA Ethics requirement.
New York licensees:
If you have an active New Jersey CPA license, and your principal place of business is located outside New York State, this course will fulfill your New York Ethics requirement.
BENEFITS
Meet the New Jersey Law and Ethics mandatory CPE requirement by attending this four hour presentation.
Due to the regulatory nature of this specific requirement, you must plan to participate in this program for the full 200 minutes. Late arrivals or early departures will not be permitted.
HIGHLIGHTS
Additional emphasis has been focused on the Code of Professional Conduct promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to evaluate situations that call for judgment about laws, regulations and ethics issues and apply the subject matter in this course to those situations.
