 | Matthew G. Charne, audit director at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), LLP, has been a member of the NJCPA since 2015 and on the board of the North Jersey Tri-County Chapter (formerly Morris/Sussex Chapter) since 2024. At CLA, he serves a variety of privately owned and publicly held clients and has a technology focus. He has experience with complex revenue recognition, business acquisitions and planning and performing financial statement audits and reviews of various sizes.
