The New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA) and Rutgers School of Business–Camden (RSBC), home of the Ragone Center for Excellence in Accounting, have formally established a corporate partnership agreement to support ongoing learning opportunities for NJCPA members. Through RSBC Corporate Partners Program, NJCPA becomes part of a distinguished group of partners that includes organizations such as American Water, Holman, PSE&G and Subaru, all collaborating to provide employees with expanded access to high-quality business education and training.
The partnership provides NJCPA members with a range of academic and professional development benefits. These include partial tuition scholarships for eligible undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs at the RSBC, including MBA, Master of Accountancy and Specialized Master’s degrees. Participants also benefit from dedicated support services throughout their educational journey, including admissions guidance and waived application fees, helping remove common barriers to advanced education.
In addition to support for academic programs, an important component of the program is access to RSBC’s Professional and Executive Education at Rutgers (PEER) unit, which offers short-duration, skills-focused certificate programs. As part of the Corporate Partners Program, NJCPA members are eligible for a 15% discount on most non-credit certificates, including programs in project management, Lean Six Sigma, leadership, supply chain management, customer service excellence and emerging topics, such as AI strategy and governance. These flexible programs are designed to support both individual professionals and organizations seeking to upskill their workforce efficiently. This discount is also available for organizations of NJCPA members.
“New Jersey’s businesses and communities depend on talented professionals who are committed to continuous learning and growth," said Dean Monica Adya. “This partnership between NJCPA and RSBC brings together two organizations that share a commitment to developing that talent.” By aligning NJCPA’s extensive professional network with RSBC’s academic and professional expertise, the collaboration strengthens pathways for talent development while reinforcing the region’s competitive advantage. Together, NJCPA and RSBC aim to empower professionals with the knowledge, credentials, and practical skills needed to succeed in an increasingly dynamic business environment.
