Kaitl has both public and private accounting experience. She works at Johnson & Johnson as a senior tax analyst, working primarily on tax reporting and compliance for the North America Pharmaceutical sector, including U.S. and Canada. She previously worked in public accounting at WithumSmith+Brown, working up to a senior tax accountant, before transitioning to private accounting.Kait is an active member in both the AICPA and NJCPA, holding a position on the NJCPA Emerging Leaders Council, as well as the Middlesex Regional Chamber of Commerce Emerging Professionals Council.
