| Dana Berlin is a bank lending leader with 25+ years of experience across commercial real estate finance and broader lending strategy. She serves as the Director of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Spencer Savings Bank. Ms. Berlin is responsible for more than 75% of the Bank’s assets, and she leads portfolio strategy and originations while maintaining strong credit performance.
Ms. Berlin is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Berlin began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse and later underwrote loans at Nomura. Since joining community banking in 2007, she has held senior CRE lending roles at multiple financial institutions, bringing deep expertise across construction, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, medical, and other major property types. She previously held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
