He has helped organizations adopt innovative practices, launch new products and services, and build the operational discipline needed to sustain innovation.He has facilitated dozens of workshops for audiences ranging from C-suite executives to frontline operators. Dave holds an MBA from California College of the Arts, specializing in design strategy, innovation, and strategic foresight, and his work was recently featured in Nathan Shedroff’s *A Whole New Strategy*.
Before moving into innovation, Dave began his career as an architectural designer and business owner. A Northern New Jersey native who spent a decade in California, he returned to New Jersey with a focus on advancing innovative thinking across the state.
