| Jason Al-Imam serves as the Administrative Services and Finance Director/Treasurer for the City of Newport Beach, a full-service municipality in Orange County, California. He oversees the City’s finance, treasury, and human resources functions, providing strategic leadership in financial management, budgeting, organizational development, labor relations, and personnel administration.
With more than 20 years of experience in municipal finance and executive management, Jason brings extensive expertise in fiscal stewardship, labor negotiations, compensation and benefits administration, and organizational leadership. He began his career in public accounting, auditing local governments throughout California, and later served as Finance Director for two municipalities and Administrative Services Director for another before joining Newport Beach. |  |
