| Lindsi is the managing partner of CFGI’s New York office as well as the New York Metro Life Science leader for the firm. She consistently works with clients to find solutions to complex accounting issues and provides a tailored approach that fits each client’s needs and circumstances. She has a successful history of supporting the needs of the office of the CFO including IPO readiness, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, controllership activities, process optimization and various technical accounting support. Lindsi is a subject matter expert in collaboration arrangements and license agreements in the Life Science industry (ASC 808 and ASC 606), consolidations, VIE assessments and non-controlling interests (ASC 810), equity investments (ASC 321 and ASC 323) and acquisitions (ASC 805). Before joining CFGI, Lindsi began her career at PwC in the audit practice where she served both public and private clients in a variety of industries. |  |
