| Sandra is a communication coach and principal at Be Compelling! LLC. She has been training groups and individuals to craft and deliver their messages for over 20 years. Her clients range from multinational corporations to sole-proprietors. Sandra enables people to organize and communicate their ideas, and to connect with others with confidence and credibility. Her training is distinctive in that she understands that listening competency enables speaking effectiveness. Her clients utilize listening skill development to become compelling communicators. She is on the Board of Directors of the International Listening Association. She has been an adjunct professor at Kean University for 20+ years, where she was the first adjunct to be awarded the prestigious President’s Quality First Initiative Grant to provide teacher in-service training. In 2015, she launched Kean's first listening course, which she also teaches at Montclair State University. In 2018, Sandra received the Outstanding Educator award from the International Listening Association.
