| Bill supervises Taxation University, a team of tax specialists and instructors within the New Jersey Division of Taxation. Bill started with the Division in 2005 as a Call Center agent. Prior to that, he was a public school social studies teacher.
For nearly fourteen years, Bill worked his way through the Division’s Call Center. First as an agent, then in the Assistance and Resolution Unit where he handled calls from the tax practitioner community and eventually as a team leader.
Bill’s experience on the “front lines” educating the public and his prior experience as a teacher made him a natural fit to take over as leader of Taxation University, where he strives to uphold the excellent reputation of Taxation University while furthering goals of fostering voluntary compliance by making tax law education an engaging or even fun process.
Bill is an amateur filmmaker and has written and starred in a number of short films. He is also the founder of a charity group based on the movie Ghostbusters. |
