| Larissa is an Audit & Assurance senior manager at Deloitte, with nine years of experience serving a variety of clients, including a focus on the life sciences industry. Her clients consist of pre-revenue biotech emerging growth companies (EGC), mid-size through large private companies and small through large multinational public companies. Larissa has worked on initial public offerings (IPOs), reverse merger and carve-out transactions. She is the outgoing chair of the Student Programs and Scholarship Committee of the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA) and is a member of the Emerging Leaders Council of the NJCPA. Larissa is a recent recipient of the NJCPA’s Ovation Award in the Emerging Leader category and its Distinguished Service Medallion. |  |
