| Mike is a partner with CFGI, providing accounting advisory services to public and private companies in various industries. He is a subject matter expert in business combinations and ASC 842. He has extensive experience with business combinations, ASC 606 and ASC 842 implementations, including scoping, technical and procedural analysis, memo preparation, audit coordination and disclosures. Mike also has experience with inventory valuation, capitalized software (including cloud computing arrangements), consolidations, VIEs, debt and equity transactions, discontinued operations, carve-out financial statements, ASC 350 and ASC 360 asset impairment analysis, as well as derivative and hedging activities. Over his career, Mike has served clients in the consumer products, manufacturing, process and industrial products, life sciences, technology, media, sports entertainment, hospitality and financial services industries. Before joining CFGI, Mike served as the director of technical accounting and external reporting at a Fortune 500 public multibillion global luxury retailer. |
