Don Cooley is a tax partner in a CPA firm specializing in serving family and closely held businesses.
Don has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, with work in tax departments of a large local accounting firm and with Deloitte. Don also is an adjunct faculty member at Ohio University, teaching courses in Estate Tax Planning. He has served as a board member for several nonprofit entities and on the Audit and Finance Committee of OhioHealth.
Mr. Cooley has led seminars across the country for many years and has won multiple awards for outstanding presentation skills and knowledge of materials. Participants have praised his use of real-life examples and focus on practical application of the materials, presented in a casual manner with a sense of humor.
