| Lauren serves as Tax Practice Leader, overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the firm’s Tax Department. She provides tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, hedge funds, and technology businesses.Her expertise includes wealth preservation, Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS), multi-generational planning, multi-state and international tax matters, and tax due diligence related to business acquisitions and sales.Lauren is also committed to developing the next generation of accounting professionals through mentoring and leadership initiatives. She serves as Co-Chair of Rider University’s Accounting Advisory Board and is a frequent speaker and CPE instructor for the NJCPA on federal tax developments, planning strategies, and emerging tax issues.Lauren has been with the firm since 2007. |  |
