| Arthur Korth, Esq. has been an associate with Cooper Levenson since 1988. He concentrates his practice in Taxation Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, working with clients on creating estate plans and drafting Wills, trusts and related estate planning and administration. Most recently, he has been involved in Estate Litigation cases as an expert in the law of taxation and estate administration.
A graduate of Princeton University (A.B., 1978), Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (J.D., 1981) and New York University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1983), Mr. Korth was admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1981, and the United States Tax Court in 1985. He is currently President of the Atlantic City Chapter of Business Network International, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association sections of Taxation, Real Property and Probate.
