Cecil Nazareth is a partner at IFRS Partners, a CPA firm in the New York City tri-state area that specializes in international tax and accounting for SMEs, subsidiaries of foreign companies, and HNW families in India and the U.S.
A recognized leader in IFRS education and consulting, he is a Chartered Accountant and a U.S. CPA with expertise in both IFRS and U.S. GAAP. Cecil is also a Professor of Global Accounting at Fordham University and has appeared on ITV’s Renee Report. He has delivered numerous IFRS training sessions for organizations like the ICAI and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Previously, Cecil served as Director of AICPA’s Internal Audit and Strategy, collaborating with the CEO on strategic goals. His background includes reviewing SEC-related technical issues at AICPA and serving as an Audit Supervisor at Ernst and Young.
