| Arthur M. Brown, Esq. is with the law firm of Levine Staller attorneys at law in Atlantic City. Mr. Brown is a CPA (Pennsylvania) as well as an attorney. Mr. Brown focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate, finance and business transactions, estate planning and federal and state tax matters. He represents owners of closely held businesses in all types of commercial transactions, including negotiating and structuring asset and stock sales and purchases, shareholder, partnership and limited liability company buy/sell agreements.
