Stanley, CPA CMA, and Tax Attorney at SK Law, is a seasoned tax and accounting professional with more than 40 years of experience advising professional service firms on taxation, accounting, and business operations. Previously, he served as Tax Director at White & Case LLP, where he led international tax planning, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory initiatives across a global organization spanning 34 countries. Before that, he was a Tax Partner with PwC, overseeing international tax planning and compliance for member firms in 157 countries and serving as Co-Chair of the firm's Law Firm Services Group.
In addition to his professional practice, Stanley is an accomplished author and educator. He co-authored the fourth, fifth, and sixth editions of Law Firm Accounting and Financial Management, a leading resource for legal industry professionals. Since 2015, he has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers Law School, teaching Business of Law and helping future lawyers and accountants understand the financial and operational realities of the legal profession. He holds CPA, CMA, and law licenses, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals.
