He provides consulting services to accounting firms ranging in size from $3 million to over $150 million and has extensive speaking and writing experience, authoring two books, The Performance Power Grid and Leading from the Edge. Prior to retiring in 2015, he was the managing partner of the consulting practice of CohnReznick, responsible for strategy, growth, profitability and talent. When he retired, the consulting practice had revenue of $70 million, 24 partners and over 250 staff, compared with $1.5 million revenue with five employees when he started. |  |
