Jim is an information security and risk executive with over 25 years of experience spanning mid-size to some of the largest companies in the world. He is a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for multiple organizations across various business sectors at CompassMSP. Previously, Jim was the head of Technology Risk for Consumer Lending and Digital Banking at a top U.S. bank, responsible for implementing the Front-Line Risk function. He also worked at global consulting firms for 20 years as a technology risk and information security professional; served as the managing director for a national cybersecurity practice that he started; and worked on many high-profile cybersecurity projects, including assisting NYPD with a global internet crime, leading a well-publicized mega-breach investigation and establishing global information security, governance and control functions across leading companies. Jim has also been an adjunct professor at New York University and has held leadership positions in several professional organizations, including being a past president of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Metro New York Chapter.

Megan Kelly, CPA, CFE, CVA is an experienced forensic accountant and financial advisor with a strong background in managing complex financial investigations and providing valuation services for estate and gift tax, shareholder disputes, and litigation support. Currently serving as a Director at FAZ Forensics, she has held leadership roles at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP and Sobel & Co., LLC. She specializes in investigating and managing projects across industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, banking, and construction. Her expertise includes analyzing financial documents, managing fraud investigations, conducting corporate internal investigations, and preparing economic damage analyses. A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Valuation Analyst, Megan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the NJCPA, AICPA, ACFE, and NACVA. Recognized for her leadership with multiple awards, she has contributed articles and spoken at various events on topics such as fraud prevention and elder financial exploitation.
