Tim’s work philosophy is “provide maximal value with minimal impact.” Tim established Cyber Defense to protect the bank from cyber threats and maintain compliance with bank regulations. His priority was building a security conscious culture given every employee is potentially targeted. Today all employees are an extension of Cyber Defense. Cyber Defense services include threat intelligence, security analytics and monitoring, incident response and business continuity preparedness, security reviews, data loss protection, brand protection, vulnerability management, vendor security monitoring, penetration testing, threat and project assessments and investigations.

Karen Painter Randall is the founder and chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Incident Response Group, where she leads the firm's 24/7 Breach Response Team. She is a national thought leader with extensive experience advising clients from the financial, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and higher education sectors on cyber risk management and resiliency including AI implementation. She provides guidance on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools, particularly with the emergence of generative AI like ChatGPT and Deepfakes. Karen counsels her clients on issues that intersect with cyber-related risks, including insurance, litigation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and many others. Karen has received significant recognition for her work, having been appointed three times by the President to the ABA's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. The New Jersey State Bar Association leadership appointed Karen to its Artificial Intelligence Task Force, as Co-Chair of the inaugural Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee, and member of the AI Committee. Among her many honors, most recently, Karen has been named by NJBIZ as a “Leading Women in Business” honoree.

Mr. Raspante is the former Director of Compliance and Risk Management as well as the Director of Education for Graf Repetti & Co. LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Business Advisors. Prior to joining Graf Repetti, Mr. Raspante worked nine years for CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company, a provider of accountants’ professional liability insurance. Mr. Raspante’s primary responsibility at CAMICO was providing loss prevention services to the organization’s largest insured’s. Mr. Raspante is a frequent speaker within the accounting profession on issues relating to risk management and professional ethics. He presents regularly at different conferences for accounting firm associations and CPA State Societies. He is a published author and contributor for accounting firm periodicals such as Journal of Accountancy and Accounting Today.
