This meeting will focus on the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness application.
  • Review of the changing definitions and restrictions on eligible payroll and non-payroll costs
  • Review of the forgiveness reduction provisions as well as the evolution of additional safe harbor provisions designated to ease forgiveness restrictions
  • Review of the revenue recognition rules currently imposed on forgiveness as it stands currently

Anthony was designated as one of the firm representatives to educate clients on the changing legislation under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, with particular attention to the eligibility requirements of Specified Service Trades or Businesses under Section 199A.
