| John is a seasoned leader with experience in the corporate and public accounting environments. For more than 25 years he has committed himself to helping companies achieve success, operate more efficiently, balance risk and risk management activities, and comply with laws and regulations in a cost-effective manner. His expertise covers the full spectrum of governance & risk management services. He has broad industry experience, particularly with regulated industries. John previously served as the chief internal audit executive for a fully outsourced internal audit function of a $2.5 billion energy company and as the internal audit director for a $400 million specialty chemical manufacturer. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and The Institute of Internal Auditors. John is a graduate of George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, with a B.S. degree in accounting. |
