He handles a broad spectrum of disputes including business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright/trademark infringement, and employment.
Mr. Pinguelo earned accreditation as an information privacy professional from International Association of Privacy Professionals. A leader in the emerging areas of cyber law and eDiscovery, he works closely with businesses to develop strategies for managing business and legal issues relating to electronic data. Recently, he provided commentary on proposed federal legislation concerning cyber security.
