Joseph C. Mahon is a partner in our Estate Planning & Administration Group. Robert E. Salad, Esq., LL.M. is President and Co-Chairman of the Tax and Commercial Law Department of Cooper Levenson. Mr. Salad's speciality encompasses almost all aspects of tax planning, specifically on matters involving the representation of businesses and their principal owners, including tax issues involving achieving business objectives as well as those tax issues which involve their personal lives. Mr. Salad is a frequent lecturer to both State and Local Bar Associations, as well as local CPA socities. He has extensive experience in areas involving commercial transactions, estate planning, estate administration and litigation, as well as those matters involving representation before federal, state and/or local taxing authorities. Mr. Salad received his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University, his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Western New England Law School and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School.
