Zuckerman, JD., CPA, has a business practice with a concentration in federal and state taxation, business and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and administration and health care law. As an attorney and certified public accountant, he is also a frequent lecturer on tax and healthcare related topics and has authored a number of articles. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. Distric Court - New Jersey, U.S. District Court - Pennsylvania, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. His professional affiliations include Burlington County Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey State Society of CPAs, Pennsyllvania Bar Association. Mr. Zuckerman received his BS from Bryant College, summa cum laude, 1980, JD, magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
