Heather Sperduto is vice president, sales operations-accountant channel at ADP. In this capacity, she designs and implements ADP’s accountant program nationwide. Having been at ADP for more than 10 years, she focuses her efforts on serving the accounting community. After a successful career in sales, she transitioned into ADP’s corporate training program, where she trained more than 1,000 ADP associates. ADP was recently recognized nationally by Nielsen Training Magazine as one of the top 20 organizations for employee training development.
