Eric Browndorf chairs the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice group at Cooper Levenson. Eric has practiced exclusively in banking, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation since 1984. His clients include unsecured creditors committees, banks, trustees, national and international real estate developers. Examples of his success include the representation of the creditors’ committees in the restructuring proceedings involving the Greate Bay Hotel and Casino, Southern Jersey Airlines and the Claridge Hotel and Casino. He also was a member of the United States Trustee’s private panel of trustees. Oscar de la Guardia

Oscar de la Guardia is a highly experienced business attorney whose legal career spans 35 years and encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financings and other significant corporate transactions, particularly for middle-market growth companies. He has structured, negotiated and implemented successful corporate acquisitions and divestitures, turnarounds, joint ventures and partnerships and many other sophisticated corporate transactions.

Oscar has represented both lenders and borrowers in debt and combined debt/equity financing vehicles, especially financing secured by accounts receivable and other intangibles. Will has extensive experience in a variety of areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, including banking, contract disputes, complex statutory interpretation, and employment. Will has represented clients in State, Federal, and Administrative Courts across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as before FINRA and AAA. Although experienced in many areas of law, Will now concentrates his practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on complex civil litigation, including banking, complex statutory interpretation, adversary and disputed matters in bankruptcy court, lender liability (both on the lender and borrower sides), employment, and general commercial litigation.

Amy Rudley

Amy Rudley is a partner in the firm’s Atlantic City office. Amy focuses on the areas of employment law, hospitality & casino law, and defense litigation including civil rights litigation and premises liability. Amy guides clients through the drafting of handbooks and day-to-day employment practices and decisions. Amy also conducts employment seminars, sessions and trainings, as well as investigations in to workplace allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Amy further prepares employment contracts and agreements for her clients. Amy serves as a Councilperson and Public Safety Director, Borough of Pitman, and as a Board Member of the Pitman Education Foundation.
