Marc Peterson, a Manager within the Wiss & Company, LLP Recruiting Practice has been in the talent acquisition/recruiting industry since 2016, prior to that Marc spent 9 years between public and private accounting. Throughout his experience in the accounting and finance space, Marc spent time across multiple industries, including manufacturing/distribution, healthcare, and professional services. In 2016, Marc elected to make a change from the traditional accounting and finance path he selected while in college and identified an opportunity to combine his passion for business, with his gift of gab and joined Robert Half, in their Direct Hire Finance & Accounting division. Having identified a new passion for people, Marc decided he wanted to combine his past experience with the recently acquired skills in the recruiting world and joined Wiss & Company in 2019, in an effort to help build out a new service offering for the firm. Marc currently manages both talent acquisition for the firm, as well as, being a key contributor to the growth of their external recruiting practice.
