Trevor Dunaway is an audit manager with KPMG LLP where he is a member of KPMG IMPACT. The IMPACT team brings specialized experience to key ESG focus areas, delivering a holistic ESG solution that paves a clear path to purpose-led, sustainable business to build resilience and drive profitable and measurable growth. His experience includes leading reasonable and limited assurance attestation engagements for ESG reporting in accordance with SASB, GRI, GHG Protocol, and client-developed criteria; conducting current state and gap assessments over ESG reporting processes; and review of client-development frameworks for issuance of social / green bonds in line with the Green Bond Principles. Trevor serves as the KPMG US liaison on the World Economic Forum and Big 4 project team for development of the Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics in support of consistent ESG reporting of sustainable value creation. In addition, Trevor co-leads KPMG’s New York pride@kpmg inclusion council for LGBTQ+ employees and allies in support of KPMG’s diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments.

Shari Helaine Littan, CPA, JD, is the director of corporate reporting research and policy at the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Her primary focus is thought leadership in the areas of corporate reporting, which includes mainstream financial reporting and sustainable business information and management with a focus on the role of finance and accounting function. She has led the authorship of several IMA reports, articles and webinars on sustainable business, corporate reporting and diversifying talent in accountancy. Prior to joining IMA, Ms. Littan was a full-time editor for GAAP Reporter on Thomson Reuters Checkpoint. She also was an adjunct faculty member at New York University’s School of Continuing Professional Studies, where she taught several classes as in accounting, including a self-developed course in writing skills for accounting and finance professionals. In 2015, she completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business, with commendation, from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Ms. Littan holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BS, magna cum laude, from the School of Management at Binghamton University. Earlier in her career, Ms. Littan was a practicing lawyer in securities and corporate litigation with a focus on matters that addressed corporate governance and financial reporting. She began this professional journey on the staff of two international accounting firms.

Chris is a senior financial adviser with Wealth Enhancement Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in the areas of accounting and financial planning, and is well-versed in the financial challenges faced by most individuals. Chris has also authored articles on financial planning, divorce and the financial markets. He was the 2018/19 president of the NJCPA Middlesex/Somerset Chapter and is currently the leader of the Business & Industry Interest Group. Chris is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Lazaro Tiant is an investment director at Schroders with a focus on sustainability. His responsibilities include strategy, product management and ESG integration for the North American market. Lazaro joined Schroders in 2021 and is based in New York. Prior to joining Schroders, he was an associate director at Sustainalytics where he was responsible for advising asset managers, pensions, endowments and hedge funds on research-driven ESG integration and sustainable investing efforts, including sector and company materiality analysis, impact measurement, ESG engagement, and climate transition-risk assessments across Equity, Fixed Income, and Thematic strategies. Lazaro holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
