He has lectured at Tennessee Wesleyan College on topics of Advanced Accounting, Accounting Theory, Auditing, and Taxation. Mr. Warren is a life member and past president of the Tennessee Association of Public Accountants, a member of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and AICPA group of 100.
