OVERVIEW

The Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017 has materially changed how tax professionals advise their clients and prepare tax returns. Even as the IRS continues to promulgate regulatory guidance on the new law, this year’s seminar will update you on important compliance and planning issues. In addition, this year’s program will address relevant and cutting-edge material concerning tax implications to buyers and sellers of a business and/or real estate, retirement plan distributions, estate planning and estate administration, tax deferral via Qualified Opportunity Fund investments, business succession planning matters and more.

BENEFITS

Earn 7 CPE credits in Taxation.
