For Americans who responded to a study for people over the age of 50, 55% stated they have no will and 72% do not have an up to date will. In this meeting, the speaker will discuss the goals of estate planning, basic estate planning documents, and types of trusts. He will review taxation guidelines for trusts and estates in light of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as well as state taxation.
