Arthur M. Brown, Esq. is with the law firm of Levine Staller attorneys at law in Atlantic City. Mr. Brown is a CPA (Pennsylvania) as well as an attorney. Mr. Scott focuses his practice in the area of commercial transactions, real estate, estates & trusts, estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, federal and state income, estate and inheritance taxes, employment law and casino law. He is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, the US Tax Court and US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also an adjunct professosr of law at Widener University School of Law and a frequent guest lecturer for continuing education classes. Mr. Mitnick received his BS, BA magna cum laude from the University of Delaware, his JD, magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law and his LL.M. from Georgetown University School of Law.
