Ron is Managing Partner of Seigneur Gustafson LLP, based in Lakewood Colorado, where he is responsible for financial forensics, economic damages assessments, business and intellectual property valuation, exit planning and related litigation support services. He is co-author of Financial Valuations: Applications and Models, published by John Wiley & Sons and Reasonable Compensation: Applications and Analysis for Management, Valuation and Tax, published by Business Valuation Resources. Ron is also the editor of the just released Law Firm Valuation Guide by BVR.
He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, Strum College of Law for over 25 years, where he teaches law firm finance, leadership and management classes and is also an adjunct at the Daniels College of Business where he teaches a graduate business appraisal course. Ron has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, an ABV Hall of Fame inductee, a charter member of the AAML Forensic and Valuation Services Division, a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Distinguished Clown Brigade, and a frequent speaker and author on valuation, economic damages, leadership, cannabis industry matters and other professional firm practice management topics. Ron is currently writing a children’s book on the Sayings of our Elders with his daughter, Chelsea.

Stacey Udell, a partner in the public accounting firm of Gold Gerstein Group LLC, has been in public accounting since 1996 after spending three years in industry. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New Jersey and holds numerous credentials related to business valuations and litigation support; including Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and Certified Valuations Analyst (CVA) issued by National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Ms. Udell specializes in business valuation, forensic accounting, economic damages, and litigation support for a wide range of businesses and professional practices for purposes such as estate and gift tax planning and compliance, divorce, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Additionally, she provides accounting and tax services for closely-held and family businesses including financial statement preparation, business and personal income tax planning and compliance, estate and business succession planning.
Ms. Udell is a 1993 graduate of the University of Delaware where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA, NACVA, and ASA. She is on the CFF examination development committee, a member of the AICPA Family Law Task Force and a member of the planning committee for the 2013 Forensic and Valuation Services Conference.
Additionally, Ms. Udell is Vice President of the New Jersey State NACVA Chapter. Ms. Udell was past Chairperson of the NACVA Litigation Forensics Board, a founding member of the course development team for the Advanced Matrimonial Litigation Support Workshop, and a member of the course development team for the Matrimonial Litigation Support Workshop. She received NACVA’s Instructor of Great Distinction Award in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and their Outstanding Member Award in 2012.
Ms. Udell has presented on numerous topics on business valuation and litigation support as well as having been published. She is on the Panel of Experts of the Financial Litigation and Valuation Expert publication. She is a contributing author to Business Valuation Resources’ Healthcare Industry Valuation Guide related to the valuation of medical practices for divorce purposes and to the Family Law Services Handbook published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
