Jordan D. Amin, CPA is a tax partner at EisnerAmper LLP with more than 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting. He has a unique blend of expertise in tax, auditing, business consulting, financial planning and forensic accounting. His expertise includes the review of corporate, individual, partnership and fiduciary tax returns. He advises the owners of closely held companies on the management and growth of all phases of their business, from tax planning to the successful transition of management to subsequent generations in family owned businesses. He has experience in a wide variety of industries including distribution, manufacturing, retail, financial services, real estate and construction. Mr. Amin has advised his clients on exit strategies and worked closely on the sale of several of his clients’ businesses. He is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). Jordan is the Immediate Past Chair of the AICPA’s National CPA Financial Literacy Commission, an initiative to improve personal financial education in the United States, and is Chair of the NJCPA’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is also Treasurer of the New Jersey Hall of Fame.

Walter is the chief success officer at Prager Metis CPAs, a member of Prager Metis International Group. He has over 30 years of executive experience in accounting and business advisory. He possesses deep expertise in all facets of firm and practice management; firm/corporate strategy and execution; business development; practice growth and senior management mentoring. Walter also serves as a managing director at Whitman Business Advisors, where he provides advisory services to clients in areas such as strategic planning, practice management and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a regular and trusted advisor to boards and audit committees. Walter is a former president of the NJCPA and is a member of its Accounting & Auditing Standards Interest Group and the Governmental Accounting & Auditing Interest Group.

Kevin Cummings

Kevin Cummings, CPA

Kevin Cummings was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Investors Bancorp and Investors Bank effective May 22, 2018. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of these companies since January 1, 2008 and was appointed to serve on the Boards on the same date.

Mr. Cummings and the Executive Management team are guiding the Bank’s evolution into a full-service community and commercial bank. The Bank’s performance was recognized on Forbes’ “Best Banks in America” list since 2012. In addition, Mr. Cummings is a past recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® New Jersey Award for transforming the Bank into a growth company.

Prior to joining Investors Bank, Mr. Cummings had a 26-year career with KPMG LLP, where he became a CPA and Partner. He was an audit partner in the Financial Services practice in the New York office and lead partner on a major commercial banking client. Mr. Cummings also worked in the New Jersey community bank practice for over 20 years serving many clients throughout the state.

Mr. Cummings serves on the boards of The Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children, St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, The Federal Home Loan Bank of NY (FHLBNY), Greater Trenton, New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) and The Community Foundation of New Jersey (CFNJ). In addition, he is a member of the Development Leadership Council of Morris Habitat for Humanity and has served as the former Chairman of the Board of the NJ Bankers Association.

Mr. Cummings holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Middlebury College. He earned an MBA from Rutgers University School of Business and gave the commencement address to its MBA graduating class in 2013.

He and his wife, Patricia, have four children. In his spare time he has coached youth basketball in his local community, and has served as the Athletic Director of St. Theresa’s of Avila.
