Mike Andelman co-manages the Dearborn Partners Rising Dividend Strategy portfolio and serves on Dearborn’s Investment Committee. Along with Co-Portfolio Manager, Carol Lippman, CFA, Mike has overseen the growth of the Rising Dividend portfolios from inception in September 2011 to more than $1.5 billion today. In all Mr. Andelman has more than 15years experience as a portfolio manager and specializes in Health Care and Technology stock selection for Dearborn Partners.

Michael D. Weinraub, CELA, is the sole shareholder of Michael D. Weinraub, P. C. located in Ventnor, New Jersey, where he concentrates his practice in elder law, life care planning and estate planning and administration. He is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the A.B.A. approved National Elder Law Foundation. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Weinraub is a member of the New Jersey State and Atlantic County Bar Associations. Mr. Weinraub is a member of the Elder and Disability Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer on matters related to elder law, estate planning and administration for various organizations. Mr. Weinraub received his B.A., J.D., and LL.M. in Tax from Temple University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at The Richard Stockton University, teaching Aging and the Law.He is a member of the Board of Directors of Seashore Gardens Living Center, an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Nursing Home Care facility and Contact Cape-Atlantic, a telephone reassurance program for seniors and lonely or isolated people in the community.
