Kevin A. Pollock, J.D., LL.M., is the founder and managing member of the Law Office of Kevin A. Pollock LLC. He directs the firm's estate planning practice and specializes in tax, estate planning, probate, estate administration, charitable giving and trust administration. Kevin graduated from Rutgers College, with a B.A. in history and a minor in Japanese. He was the recipient of a Henry Rutgers Research Scholarship and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctorate and Sports Law Certificate from Tulane Law School and a master's degree in taxation and a concentration in estate and gift taxation from New York University Law School. Kevin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. He is a member of the NJ Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association, and the Mercer County Estate Planning Council.
