John L. Molinelli, Esq. has currently served for 14 years as the Bergen County Prosecutor in Hackensack, New Jersey. He is serving this position through the end of 2015. This January 2016, he will be returning to private practice as a partner at the law firm of Price, Meese, Shulman and D’Arminio with offices in Woodcliff Lakes, New Jersey and White Plains, New York.

Prosecutor Molinelli has improved the technical capabilities of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, resulting in an impressive Computer Crimes Unit. He is also well known for developing the Community Outreach efforts of the office, in particular - making use of confiscated criminal assets to fund the production of educational films that address Internet safety, the consequences of drunken driving and bullying, as well as active shooter training for educators.

He currently serves and has served as a member of many legal committees and is a former President of the New Jersey State County Prosecutors Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1970 with a B.A. degree and received his law degree from New York Law School in 1982. In 1991, he received his Diplomate in Munipal Law from Rutgers University, Bureau of Government Research.He is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey and New York, United States District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

John oversees the industry specific expertise and risk management for McGowanPRO’s accounting and financial clients. Mr. Raspante is the former Director of Compliance and Risk Management as well as the Director of Education for Graf Repetti & Co. LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Business Advisors. Prior to joining Graf Repetti, Mr. Raspante worked nine years for CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company, a provider of accountants’ professional liability insurance. Mr. Raspante’s primary responsibility at CAMICO was providing loss prevention services to the organization’s largest insured’s. Mr. Raspante is a frequent speaker within the accounting profession on issues relating to risk management and professional ethics. He presents regularly at different conferences for accounting firm associations and CPA State Societies. He is a published author and contributor for accounting firm periodicals such as Journal of Accountancy and Accounting Today.
