Eleanor Galt-Lin, CFP®, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Senior Vice President in the financial industry in New Jersey. She serves individuals and small business owners, often working closely with the CPAs and lawyers. After completing the rigorous requirements to attain her CFP® designation, Eleanor pursued even more advanced coursework in the area of Social Security benefits and Medicare. With 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every day during the next two decades, Eleanor believes it’s crucial for clients to understand their Social Security benefits.[1] She is a frequent speaker on Social Security and Medicare to various groups, including professionals such as CPAs and lawyers.   Eleanor graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics, and attained her CFP® designation in February 2012. Kenneth N. Rashbaum advises multinational corporations, financial services organizations, life sciences organizations, and other businesses that collect, use, and share electronic information in the areas of privacy, cybersecurity, e-discovery for litigation and regulatory proceedings and information management. He counsels these entities on information governance and its compliance with federal, state, and non-U.S. laws and the interface of e-commerce and legal and regulatory liabilities in areas such as cybersecurity and breach response. Ken has vast experience in preparation and negotiation of technology contracts, including service level agreements and license agreements relating to compliance with data protection and privacy laws in the U.S. and other countries. He also advises clients in the preparation of applications for privacy and cyber liability and technology errors and omissions insurance, assists them in preparation of information controls required by those applications and provides advice concerning proposed insurance policies. Ken leads information security and data breach response assessments, investigations, and remediation initiatives; prepares policies for social media legal and regulatory compliance; and represents technology and life sciences organizations in federal and state investigations and audits, and in litigation.
