Arthur M. Brown, Esq. is with the law firm of Levine Staller attorneys at law in Atlantic City. Mr. Brown is a CPA (Pennsylvania) as well as an attorney. Mr. Brown focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate, finance and business transactions, estate planning and federal and state tax matters. He represents owners of closely held businesses in all types of commercial transactions, including negotiating and structuring asset and stock sales and purchases, shareholder, partnership and limited liability company buy/sell agreements. He is admitted to the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and American Bars, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and the US Court of appeals for the Third Circuit and US Tax Court. Mr. Brown received his BS from Drexel University in Accounting, his JD from Temple University and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
